Danni Jiang

The uncertainty of perception is a recurring theme in Danni Jiang's artistic practice. Her work begins with everyday elements, often familiar yet difficult to grasp, and focuses on the representation of natural phenomena, fluid sensations, or images drawn from memory and the past. While she experiments with different media, painting remains her primary means of expression.

Danni Jiang was born in 1994 in Suzhou, China, and currently lives and works in Paris. She graduated in Fine Arts from National School of Art in Dijon, and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She has participated in exhibitions including Tout sera oublié et rien ne sera réparé (Everything will be forgotten and nothing will be repaired) at Dvir Gallery / Project Space, Paris (2025), and 破格 (Breaking the Rules) at REME Gallery, Ningbo, China (2018).
