The OPEN CALL 2025 seeks to explore the current range of approaches within the medium of paint, with the aim to create visual connections between an array of contemporary painters working today. We invite Artists internationally from all backgrounds to submit their work for inclusion.

This years OPEN CALL will culminate in a curated online group exhibition to be showcased on our website and promoted through our Instagram feed.

Paintingsince2000 was founded in June 2021 as an Instagram page to display contemporary painting produced since the year 2000. It has grown organically into a communal hub for viewing and sharing paintings and exhibitions from both emerging and established artists.
