Xufei is an artist whose practice revolves around nature and mysticism, creating paintings and textile artworks. Her textile background has shaped the colour pallet and textures of her work. Since 2024, she has been developing her artistic philosophy starting with textile patterns, focusing on the overlooked details of everyday life, combined with senses of Surrealism and Dark Romanticism aesthetics. Through painting, she hopes to evoke collective emotions, defining art as a more intimate and quiet exploration of the inner, spiritual world.
